A steady current to carry you through postpartum.
Support is both emotional & practical. As your postpartum doula, I adapt to your household so you can rest, recover & find rhythm.
- Daytime care that brings calm to the home and helps establish routine. This looks different for each family.
- Overnight doula support so you can truly rest. I offer care between feeds, assist with feeding, settle baby back to sleep, etc.
- Judgment free listening & non clinical support on hard days and good ones.
- Practical help: baby soothing, light household flow, meal planning/prep for ultimate nutrition and recovery.
